FULL PAPER GUIDELINES
If you receive the notification of abstract acceptance and opt to submit a full paper in addition to the video presentation for the conference, please read these instructions carefully and help us in delivering the full papers in the best possible quality.
Remember that you are invited to submit the FULL PAPER of your contribution, but it is not mandatory. The video presentation is the only mandatory requirement for attending the Conference. However, we strongly encourage you to submit a full paper as an additional great opportunity.
The scientific and organizing committee will address the received full paper to three alternative publication opportunities:
- published as a chapter in a Book;
- enter a peer-reviewed submission for an international scientific Journal;
- included in the Conference Proceedings.
The best eight papers for the Book will be selected by the organizing committee.
The papers submitted to the scientific journal will be subjected to a review procedure in accordance with the Journal’s policies and payment of discounted fees may be requested
The deadline for full papers submission is 30th April 2022.
FULL PAPER GUIDELINES
- Full papers are to be prepared in English.
- The extent of the paper is limited to 36.000 characters, spaces included. The counting includes all the parts (title, abstract, main text, references, and annexes).
- File size should not exceed 2 MB (otherwise the submission portal will not accept it. Should you fail in keeping under this limit, you can send us a WeTransfer link as in the Submission Instructions)
- Enclosed figures and charts can be in colour.
- Please upload your full paper in .pdf via the conference electronic system on the Submission page.
- Results of the Scientific Committee decision will follow right after the conference.
- The paper must follow the template format provided below.
