Participants must be registered for the conference and, at least, 1 person among the authors must present the paper during the Conference. 

Online participation is possible in case of travel limitations or other relevant constraints. Online participation does not entitle a registration fee reduction – for more information, refer to the Attendance webpage.

Registration will only become effective after payment has been received.

Each registered author is entitled to present one paper. If an author is interested in submitting more papers, an additional fee of 100 €/each is required.

The social event is open to accompanying persons upon the payment of an extra 60 € each. 

NAME CHANGES

Any change to the presenting author done after April 20, 2024, is charged 80 €. It is possible to change the presenting author name (among the co-authors) by April 20, 2024, but in case the position of the presenter changes from Masters/PhD student to regular registration, the difference of 80 € is due.

REMOTE ATTENDANCE

All remote participants will be given access to the web platform during the conference days. The platform will stream the program in real time.

Remote oral presenters will upload their previously recorded presentations beforehand. This is to ensure a timely and efficient schedule during the sessions. While the video is being shown both online and onsite, they will connect for a Q&A session. Questions will be asked both onsite and via chat online and will be transmitted to the presenter by the session chair.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Organizing team by email: info@next-built.org

Cancellations will be accepted until March 31, 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

CANCELLATION BEFORE March 31, 2024: 70% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REFUNDED

CANCELLATION AFTER April 1, 2024: NO REFUND

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
