workshop 2025

Faced with the growing challenges of climate change, every decision we make impacts the livability and affordability of the environment we live in. What’s the perspective of the next generation of energy users about this? The workshop aims at unveiling the key leverages of next generation households to adopt more sustainable and conscious energy behaviour in the residential sector, while uncovering participants ‘ unique energy-saving style. Participants are called to play Energon, an interactive energy game changer! More than just fun, Energon offers a fresh perspective on one’s relationship with energy usage, through a series of immersive real-life scenarios to receive a personalised Energy-Saving Radar Chart, offering insights into your energy awareness, attitudes, and behaviours.

The international workshop aims at prototyping and testing the first version of the Energon game, part of a PhD project in Architecture. As one of the first players, your choices and feedback will help refine future versions of the game.

Participants will be guided to take their own decisions to shape the energy profile of their home and start the journey to a more informed decision making in energy usage.
